You will
- Own identity and access management across Microsoft Entra ID and core business applications, including user provisioning, permissions, SSO, and Conditional Access.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, devices, software deployment, and Microsoft Intune.
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file servers, and certificates.
- Manage network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and office Wi-Fi.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Azure, licensing, and mail security.
- Plan and maintain backups, disaster recovery, hardware lifecycle, assets, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain endpoint security, security baselines, access reviews, and support infrastructure-related security incidents.
- Provide day-to-day IT support for employees, resolving access, tooling, and device issues.
- Manage office IT infrastructure, including meeting room technology, printers, inventory, and customer hardware environments.
- Maintain documentation and continuously improve internal IT services, security, and operational processes.
- Over time, you will have the chance to be more involved in general technical support engineer tasks as well; helping troubleshoot access issues, diagnosing environment-level problems, and sharing knowledge that bridges internal IT and platform operations.
- Deepen your understanding of a SaaS product environment and build strong cross-team relationships, with the possibility of taking more Technical Support Engineer tasks in the future.
