Ben jij een analytische en proactieve financiële professional die graag een echte impact wil maken? Gedij jij in een snelgroeiende scale-up-omgeving waar financiële inzichten strategische beslissingen sturen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou als onze Business Controller!

In deze rol richt je je op strategische financiële inzichten, forecasting en het ondersteunen van onze groei. Je bent de financiële sparringpartner van de CFO en werkt nauw samen met de Financial Controller.

Wat je gaat doen

De CFO en het managementteam adviseren over schaalbare en duurzame financiële strategieën.
Financiële en business analyses voorbereiden en monitoren ter ondersteuning van onze bedrijfsgroei.
Dashboards en KPI-rapportages ontwikkelen en optimaliseren die bedrijfsbeslissingen aansturen.
Kansen identificeren voor kostenbesparingen en efficiëntieverbeteringen.
Business cases voorbereiden voor strategische investeringen en uitbreidingsplannen.
Bijdragen aan de digitalisering en automatisering van financiële processen.
Samenwerken met de Financial Controller om financiële rapportage en analyse te versterken.
Forecasting, budgeting en het monitoren van financiële doelstellingen uitvoeren.
De volledigheid van facturatie van abonnementen en projecten (uren) bewaken.
Cashflow en financiële controles beheren.

Your profile

Een afgeronde bachelor- of masteropleiding in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in Financial Controlling, Business Controlling of een vergelijkbare rol.
Ervaring in start-up/scale-up tech bedrijven of een scale-up mindset is een sterke plus; affiniteit met technologie is een must.
Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een oplossingsgerichte mindset.
Ervaring met Power BI en/of andere data-analyse tools is een sterke plus.
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om financiële inzichten te vertalen naar helder, strategisch advies.
Een hands-on, proactieve aanpak en het vermogen om autonoom te werken.
Vloeiend Nederlands is een must!
