You will
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles across our teams
- Partner with hiring managers to define what they need (and sometimes challenge what they think they need)
- Proactively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche communities — and experiment with creative outreach strategies
- Ensure a smooth, structured, and personal candidate experience, from first message to final offer
- Keep our ATS (Personio) and pipelines clear, accurate, and insightful
- Monitor basic recruitment metrics (like time-to-fill and drop-off rates) and suggest improvements
- Contribute to small-scale employer branding efforts; from job post quality to showing more of our culture online
- Explore ways to work more efficiently; whether it’s using AI tools for sourcing, outreach, or screening, or simplifying internal workflows
- Work as part of a small, collaborative HR team; occasionally jumping into onboarding, supporting new hires, or contributing to broader HR projects.
