Your mission
As our Recruiter, you'll help us grow by connecting with talented individuals who fit our culture and drive our potential. You’ll work as part of our internal HR team, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build a thoughtful, candidate-focused hiring process. 
We're looking for someone who's growing their experience in recruitment and is ready to take more ownership. You bring strong instincts for people, creativity in sourcing, and a collaborative spirit. You’re curious about where AI can make us faster and smarter, but never at the cost of a great candidate experience. Since hospitality is at the core of our business, you'll help make that first impression count. 

You will 
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles across our teams
  • Partner with hiring managers to define what they need (and sometimes challenge what they think they need)
  • Proactively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche communities — and experiment with creative outreach strategies
  • Ensure a smooth, structured, and personal candidate experience, from first message to final offer
  • Keep our ATS (Personio) and pipelines clear, accurate, and insightful
  • Monitor basic recruitment metrics (like time-to-fill and drop-off rates) and suggest improvements
  • Contribute to small-scale employer branding efforts; from job post quality to showing more of our culture online
  • Explore ways to work more efficiently; whether it’s using AI tools for sourcing, outreach, or screening, or simplifying internal workflows
  • Work as part of a small, collaborative HR team; occasionally jumping into onboarding, supporting new hires, or contributing to broader HR projects.
Your profile
  • 1–3 years of experience in in-house recruitment, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment
  • A sharp eye for cultural fit; you look beyond CVs and spot potential
  • Someone who can juggle multiple roles and align priorities with our Head of HR
  • Curious, organized, and ready to take ownership
  • Open to using AI and automation to improve speed, consistency, or creativity in your work
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a bonus
  • You understand that hospitality is a mindset, and you bring that mindset into every candidate interaction
