Your mission
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between the solution teams and the development teams. You will work closely with product and solution stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed technical requirements for new projects or enhancements to existing systems. In addition to requirements analysis, you will also create clear technical documentation to support delivery and handover of completed work.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Identify dependencies, conflicts, risks, and potential challenges in proposed solutions.
- Translate business needs and solution designs into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including technical requirements, functional specifications and delivery notes for internal and external use.
- Ensure all documentation is updated and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication with CSMs and cross functional squads (and occasionally Sales) to ensure shared understanding of requirements and delivered solutions.
- Review and validate technical deliverables to ensure they meet defined requirements and standards.
- Plan and conduct testing and validation activities to confirm that delivered solutions meet business objectives.
- Proactively follow up on open questions and issues to keep work moving forward.
