HR & Office Specialist

Your mission

As an HR & Office Specialist, you'll be the cornerstone of our company culture and daily operations. You will ensure our workplace is not just efficient but also an inspiring and enjoyable environment. Your role will blend HR responsibilities with office management, supporting employee well-being, fostering seamless HR operations, and maintaining a vibrant workplace atmosphere. 


You Will: 

  • Assist the Head of HR with onboarding processes, managing HR administration (e.g., sickness and leave registrations), and contributing to HR-related projects that enhance the employee lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary contact for the property manager, suppliers, maintenance services, and cleaners, ensuring the office is always welcoming and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, manage office supplies, and respond to employee requests to provide seamless services that support productivity.
  • Oversee Office operations, ensuring HR processes are efficient and scalable.
  • Organize engaging events, celebrations, and holiday recognitions. Handle gifts for special occasions, ensuring employees feel valued and connected.
Your profile

About You: 

  • You excel at connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and thrive in a dynamic, international workplace.
  • Punctual and organized, you can prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • You bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for creating an engaging and supportive workplace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch are essential.
  • Brownie points if you have experience in HR operations, office management, or a related role.
  • Able to work onsite in our Amsterdam office.
