As a Solutions Architect within IRECKONU you are the technical liaison for our Account Managers. You will take part in talks with our customers to understand their requirements and then you are expected to translate those asks into clear, technical specifications so our development team has got a clear understanding of what is needed. As this is a client facing role, you will be expected to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You will:
Work alongside the Account managers to understand the requirements of customers and the possibilities of their partner systems.
Prepare functional and high-level technical specifications for the developers in the squad.
Work out specifications for new integrations, evaluate feasibility and estimate effort.
Assist developers on a day-to-day basis with questions when developing the new features.
Design how our Middleware and CDP platform fits into the overall customer architecture.
Work closely together with the other Solutions Architects and the product board on designing the overall product roadmap as well as customer specific roadmaps.
Assist improving processes at Ireckonu and share your knowledge with fellow colleagues.
Your profile
About You:
You have either
a strong background in hospitality operations, involving different softwares (PMS, POS, Revenue Management, Distribution)
or a strong background in hospitality IT (IT manager)
You are an expert in hotel processes and the latest in hospitality trends.
You are familiar with REST API’s, SOAP, XML, MS SQL.
You are well structured, like to document, work carefully even under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.
You feel at ease in front of customers (mostly senior management roles) coming from various cultural backgrounds and are eager to help them achieve their goals.
You are a team player, and able to communicate clearly with different stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
