Your mission
You'll be the heart and soul of our workplace, ensuring it's not just efficient but also a vibrant and enjoyable place to be. You Will:
  • Be responsible for maintaining a fun and welcoming office environment for our employees and visitors 
  • Make sure that our office is always in good shape: you are the point of contact for the property manager, suppliers, handymen and our cleaners  
  • Provide services on request for our employees: for example by organizing and booking business trips or ordering office supplies and equipment 
  • Organize and lead employee initiatives, including events, celebrations, recognition of global holidays, and managing gifts for special occasions 
  • Take an active part in supporting our Head of HR in onboarding of the new hires; whether it is focusing on the 30% ruling applications, the IND communications and so on 
  • Run the day-to-day operations in and around the office 
Your profile
About you:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role and environment 
  • Experienced in working in an international environment with colleagues from several different cultures 
  • Get-things-done mentality, structured and good at prioritising 
  • Pro-active and energetic, you love engaging and interacting with other people 
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written 
  • Fluent in English and Dutch 
  • Available to work onsite in our Amsterdam office 40 hours per week.
